Part of being a strongman is looking good to! In this workout, I use the EDT(Escalated Density Training) Protocol to get my arms bigger, stronger and looking sexy. You need some big arms if you’re going to workout. You need HUGE STRONG arms if you’re going to be a strongman 🙂

DB Press: 50 x 14 x 5

Shoulder Hell: 15ibs x 4 x 12/12/12
Plate Spins: 20ibs x 4 x 20
Curls: 80 x 4 x 12

Hey guys, my name is Justin Czaplicki and I am the Head Strength and Conditioning coach for Soul Fighters Academy and the Jiu-jitsu and Strength Academy located in Cromwell, CT. I have been training for and competing in Strongman since 2006.
In the last few months I have been trying out a few different training protocols that I have never tried before. I realized I had gotten quite out of shape and very stiff for the years of Strongman training.
Follow me on my journey to being a better athlete, by trying new training methodologies and also new sports. I have just started training Jiu-jitsu this year, and I am looking forward to progressing in that arena as well.
