    • One Arm DB Clean and Press: 5 x 6 each side
    • Inverted Rows( TRX, Rings, Barbell): 4 x 12 superset with
    • KB Rack Position Lunges: 4 x 10 per leg
    • Sandbag Carry: 4 x 150' superset with
    • Floor Press: 4 x 12
    • Sled Sprints: 6 x 75’
